Packages that are shipped through USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3 – 5 days to get delivered. Packages that are shipped through USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 – 3 days to get delivered.
After the initial processing time which can take up to 24 hours, your page will be shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 days.

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Lover Mart unfortunately would not take responsibility.
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a notification to the billing email address that you provided at checkout.
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please contact us at [email protected]
If a product is defective, please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address we will provide you . Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging in good condition for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
* If you do not follow all of the instructions, you may not be refunded at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee.
We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.
